Here are seven behaviors that, if tolerated, reveal a serious lack of self-respect.

It’s time to stop putting others first at the cost of your own dignity.

1) Consistent disregard for your time

Time is one of our most valuable resources.

It’s the currency of life, and once spent, we can’t get it back.

So when people habitually show up late, cancel plans at the last minute, or expect you to be available on their terms without consideration for your schedule, it’s a clear sign of disrespect.

This behavior can come in many forms.
