And you know what? My self-confidence soared.

Suddenly, I wasn’t worried about failing or making mistakes because I saw them as opportunities to grow.

Negative self-talk can be a major confidence killer.

It’s that little voice in your head that says, “You’re not good enough,” or “You can’t do this.”
