And let me tell you, it has made all the difference. Before the hustle-bustle takes over, it’s essential to connect with yourself first. Give it a go; you might be surprised by the impact.

3) They fuel up

The brain is an energy-intensive organ, using up to 20% of the body’s total calorie intake. These folks understand this and make sure to fuel their bodies, and by extension their minds, with a healthy breakfast.

Skipping breakfast can lead to sluggish thinking and slower decision-making. On the other hand, a nutritious start to the day can improve memory and concentration levels, enhance mood, and lower stress levels.
