2) Neglecting self-care

I learned this one the hard way.

A few years back, I was so focused on climbing the career ladder that I allowed my health to take a backseat.

I was surviving on junk food, skipping workouts, and getting minimal sleep.

I thought I was being productive, but in reality, I was laying the groundwork for burnout.

My energy levels plummeted, and I struggled to keep up with my work. It was a wake-up call.
